Shed & Other Architectural Improvement (Patio, etc...)

The process to request a shed (or other improvements) is listed in the Shed Amendment located on the Documents page of this website. 

 

Please read the specification carefully as there are specific dimensions and requirements.

 

Choose an appropriate shed to install yourself, or have a contractor provide you with plans for an appropriate shed.

 

Permits can be obtained at that Montville Township Zoning office.

 

Submit the approved permit and plans to the Architecture Committee at

E-mail - Melissa@apmoh.com. 

 

Your e-mail should contain:

• Approved Montville Permit

• A sketch of where the shed will go in your yard

• A drawing or photo of the style of shed

• Measurements of shed to include wall lengths and tallest roof component measured from floor

• Color of shed (to match house or natural earth tones if it's going into a wooded area)

• Color of shingle

• If on a cement or gravel base.
