The Turnberry Board will be holding a Board meeting.

The board meeting will be held:

Location: 3579 Turnberry Dr.

If you wish to attend the open session of the board meeting, bring a lawn chair and please park on the street.

Part 1: Open Session (All Homeowners Welcome)

Call to Order & Roll Call
- Verify quorum of the Board and ensure proper meeting notice was given.
Financial & Committee Reports
Treasurer's Report: Review of current budget, bank balances, and financial status.
Committee Updates: [e.g., Landscaping, Finance, or Maintenance updates].

Part 2: Recess for Closed Executive Session (Board Members Only)

Motion to Convene Executive Session
- Purpose: Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (O.R.C. 5312.04 / 5311.08), the Board will entertain a motion to recess the open meeting and enter into a closed Executive Session to consider information regarding specific owner violations, architectural enforcement hearings, or assessment delinquencies.
- Note to Attendees: All non-board members will be asked to step out of the room during this time to protect member privacy. No binding votes will be taken during this closed session.

Part 3: Reconvene Open Session (All Homeowners Welcome)

Reconvene Open Session
- Call the open meeting back to order and state the time for the official record.
New Business & Board Voting
- Board discussion and formal, open votes on any resolutions resulting from the executive session.
- Discussion of new community items or upcoming maintenance.
Homeowner Open Forum
- Floor opened to attending residents for questions, comments, or feedback. (To ensure everyone is heard, comments may be limited to 3 minutes per person).
